We know you'll often be ordering things you need in a hurry. If we have the products you order in stock – and we usually do – we'll dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll contact you promptly with an update on when it will be sent.
Special Delivery Items or Instructions
If you have any special delivery instructions please add these to the Delivery Instructions field at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field will be displayed next to your address for the courier to follow.
Collect from our Whakatane Clinic
You can choose this option if you reside in the Whakatane area. This is a pilot overnight delivery option available initially to local customers free of charge.

Choose the delivery option that is right for you at checkout. Delivery is just $5.00.
When selecting our non-signature required service, your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep. If you're not home when your courier calls, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver courier will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don't think it safe to leave, they'll leave a card to call. If you would like to add signature required service to an order, you will pay an additional $2.00. Simply change to this option at check out.
If delivery is to a business you must include the business name in your delivery address. PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are not a problem for our packages
All CourierPost orders are sent with 'Track & Trace'. We'll send a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is packed and ready to go.
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand before the parcel has been delivered to your home/business provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made. If you don’t expect to be home, we recommend you choose a signature required delivery option.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage please hold onto the item and packaging and get in touch to let us know.
