WHAT ARE OUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS?
At Saving Face Advanced Skin Clinic, your safety is always our top priority. Our strict hygiene and safety protocols are among the most stringent in NZ and we will continue to keep you safe when you come in for your treatments.
We take all measures to keep our environment clean, safe, and virus free. Some of these practices include:
- Bedsheets/liners replaced for every treatment
- Hand-washing best practice implemented before every treatment
- Working surfaces sanitised with hospital grade disinfectant between every treatment
- Gloves worn by every technician for every appointment
If you are feeling unwell, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment!

HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
Cancellation & Bookings Policy: Cancellation policies are never fun, however, much like a Doctors surgery we have many bookings. Subsequently, late rescheduling and no shows ultimately results in other clients missing out on appointment opportunities, disrupts the work schedule for the therapist, and ultimately costs us money. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your Schedule, and will do our very best to accomodate you.
As a courtesy we send out a SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time. Therefore, in order to avoid incurring unnecessary costs and as a matter of common courtesy, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling.
Failure to turn up for a scheduled appointment, as a ‘no show’, will incur a charge of $25. However for appointments booked for 60 minutes or more, there may be a charge of 50% for the services originally booked for. If applicable gift vouchers will be voided, or any deposit paid will be retained
